New in the store: Shopware report plugin for store operators
We at scope01 are pleased to present a new solution with the Shopware Report Plugin. This plugin enables store operators to receive a daily, individually configurable e-mail that summarizes the most important key figures and developments of the online store in a compact format. This means you always have an overview of your store performance and are optimally informed.
Highlights of the plugin
- Configurable period of the e-mail: Specify the interval at which you would like to receive the report. For example, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.
- Customizable email template: The email template can be individually adapted to your requirements.
- Overview of status changes: Get a detailed overview of all status changes in the store, for example order, delivery or transaction status, with the Shopware Report plugin.
- Overview of errors: Important errors are logged and listed in the daily report. So that your online store always runs smoothly.
- Sales per sales channel: Insight into sales broken down by different sales channels.
What does the daily report offer?
With this plugin, you can configure daily reports and receive an email that provides all essential information at a glance. An email template is already included and can be easily linked in the Shopware Report Plugin. You determine the time of dispatch and the recipients.
The daily email from the Shopware Report plugin contains the following information, among other things:
- Order overview with quantity, total (gross) and total (net)
- Orders grouped by order status, transaction status and delivery status, each with quantity and order number
- List of all orders with open order, transaction or delivery status
- Number of new customer registrations
- Technical information such as free and total hard disk space, hard disk usage, PHP version and DB version
- Logged errors and HTML tests
The Shopware Report plugin also has a modular structure and can be easily expanded by developers to include additional functions if required. Use the new plugin from scope01 and start every day well informed in your daily business! Now available for download in the Shopware Store.
