New Shopware case study about our customer Moze

We at scope01 are pleased to present the success story of our customer Moze, a leading supplier of shisha products. Moze has carried out a remarkable relaunch of its online store on Shopware 6. Shopware has now published an inspiring case study on its website that summarizes the experiences and results of this project. The case study shows how Moze and scope01 worked together to take the online store to a new level with the relaunch based on Shopware 6.

Moze was founded in 2019 by Moritz Otten. Within a very short space of time, the company established itself as the market leader in the hookah sector. In an online store based on Shopware 5, the company quickly expanded its product range to over 3,000 items. These were also increasingly sold internationally.

In order to further develop the online store and accelerate the acquisition of new customers, the provider decided to relaunch the online store with Shopware 6 in 2023. Together with scope01, Shopware Partner from Frankfurt am Main. The aim was to expand target groups and better accompany customers on their customer journey, thereby increasing customer loyalty.

The project with scope01 included an attractive redesign of the website, an improvement in user-friendliness and the integration of powerful e-commerce functions. Thanks to Shopware’s flexibility, Moze was able to implement customized solutions to better meet the needs of its customers.

The new online store offers a smooth shopping experience and is both mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized. In addition, the customer was able to significantly simplify the administration of its online store and make it more efficient.

Moze will continue to work with scope01 on the further development of the online store in the future. The focus will be on expanding the content and introducing new functions.
