Halbach Seidenbänder GmbH from Remscheid is one of Europe’s leading producers of ribbons and decorative items. The products are manufactured and distributed both nationally and internationally. The technical basis of the online store is the Shopware store system in the Professional Edition. Shortly after going online in 2018, the e-commerce agency scope01 took over the project from another agency and solved the initial problems. In particular, the performance of the online store was still below average. A large number of functions were also still faulty. scope01 was able to solve both problem areas in the short term.
Since then, scope01 from Frankfurt has been responsible for supporting Halbach’s B2B online store together with internal colleagues. At the beginning of 2021, scope01 carried out a major update of Shopware to version 5.6.9. This brings the e-commerce software back up to date after a long time.
